Band U4: Production functional consultant
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Production Functional Consultant with 7‿10 years of experience in implementing, supporting, and optimizing production environments. The consultant will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth operations and functional excellence across Finance & Operations modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Functional consulting: Gather business requirements, design solutions, and configure F&O modules to meet production needs.
- Production support: Provide ongoing support for live systems, troubleshoot functional issues, and ensure business continuity.
- Process optimization: Analyze workflows, recommend improvements, and implement best practices for efficiency.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with finance, supply chain, and operations teams to align system functionality with business goals.
- Testing and validation: Lead UAT, regression testing, and production validation activities.
- Documentation and training: Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and conduct end user training sessions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Dynamics 365 F&O modules: Strong expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, Production, and Inventory modules.
- Lifecycle Services (LCS): Hands on experience with LCS for deployments, issue tracking, and environment management.
- Business process knowledge: Deep understanding of manufacturing, production planning, and financial processes.
- Problem solving: Ability to resolve complex functional issues in production environments.
- Communication skills: Strong ability to translate technical solutions into business language.
