We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Developer to join our Dynamics 365 Team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions within the Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service apps to support business process optimisation and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop customisations and extensions for Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service modules.
- Implement workflows, plugins, and integrations using Power Automate / Logic Apps and Azure services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Power Platform).
- Document technical and functional specifications for developed solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring performance and reliability.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 development or similar roles.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and Field Service Management apps.
- Experience with Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Platform components.
- Proficiency in C# and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and REST APIs.
- Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems and services.
- Experience with the Marketing app is a plus.
- Solid understanding of solution architecture and lifecycle management
- Proven experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including solution segmentation, environment strategies (Dev/Test/Prod), and automated deployments.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git).
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing is a plus.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and learn new technologies.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced international business environment.
