Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant, German speaking (Contract, Remote)
Location: Remote. Based anywhere in the UK or Europe. Engagement: Contract, day rate. Rate: TBD. Experience: 6 to 7 years. Language: Fluent German and English.
A Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement estate needs a business-facing functional consultant who can run the work in German. You will sit between the business and the delivery team: working out what the business needs, deciding how Dynamics should meet it, and writing it down so the team can build it. This is a functional role, not a development one.
Run requirement and process workshops with German-speaking business users, in German. Produce the fit gap: what configures, what needs customising, and what the business changes instead. Write the target process and solution design at a level a delivery team can pick up, and defend it with the business. Take the business through testing and sign-off, and support them into live use. Report findings, risks and options to the programme in English.
6 to 7 years of experience, with D365 Customer Engagement (or Dynamics CRM) delivered as a functional consultant or business analyst, in Sales, Customer Service or both. Discovery and fit gap work as a named deliverable, with the written work to show for it. Fluent German, good enough to run a workshop and write a design in it, and fluent English. Comfortable working remotely with business stakeholders you have not met in person.
Fully remote. You need to be based in the UK or Europe with the right to work where you are. Contract through Yadimen Consulting Limited, a financial services IT consulting company.
Skills Required
- 6 to 7 years of experience delivering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Dynamics CRM as a functional consultant or business analyst
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or both
- Experience conducting discovery and fit-gap analysis as a documented deliverable
- Fluent German, including the ability to run workshops and write solution designs
- Fluent English
- Ability to work remotely with business stakeholders
- Right to work in the UK or Europe
