As a Dynamics 365 CRM Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain CRM solutions that enhance business performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM capabilities, integrate AI-driven components, streamline processes, manage permissions, and ensure secure, compliant data access across all departments.
Key Responsibilities- Design, configure, and maintain entities, workflows, and automation processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Customize CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing) to align with evolving business and customer needs.
- Implement AI-driven features using Microsoft AI Builder to enhance automation, insights, and customer engagement.
- Manage CRM security roles, field-level permissions, and user access, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Define and maintain business units, teams, and hierarchical security models within the CRM.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems and tools through connectors and automation frameworks.
- Support process automation initiatives using Power Automate and UiPath.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize CRM performance, workflows, and integrations.
- Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and AI technology releases, recommending improvements and new capabilities.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong knowledge of CRM architecture, entities, workflows, and business process flows.
- Proven experience in security management, including role-based access, record-level permissions, and data-sharing models.
- Experience using AI Builder or other AI-powered automation tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Power Automate, UiPath, and CRM system integrations.
- Solid understanding of customer relationship management processes and business workflows.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification (Functional Consultant or Developer level).
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Azure integration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
