PeopleCert is looking for a Senior-Level Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team and support the development and enhancement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform.

In this role, you will work closely with senior developers and solution architects to design, develop, and maintain customisations, integrations, and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. This is an excellent opportunity for a developer with a strong foundation in Dynamics 365 CRM who is eager to expand their expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure ecosystem while contributing to the delivery of scalable, high-quality business solutions.

As a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, your tasks will be the following:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom plugins, workflows, and business logic within Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Build and maintain Custom APIs and custom service endpoints to support integration scenarios.
  • Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems using Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).
  • Implement solutions across Power Platform, including Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and functional consultants to translate functional designs into technical specifications.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of custom code and integrations.
  • Support data migration activities.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and coding standards.
  • Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilisation activities.
  • Maintain technical documentation for custom components and integrations.
  • Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure developments and recommend improvements.

What we look for:

  • 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE and Power Platform.
  • Experience with the D365 Customer Service module is considered a strong plus.
  • Proven experience developing Custom APIs and custom service endpoints within Dynamics 365.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dynamics 365 CE SDK, plugin development, and custom workflow activities.
  • Solid understanding of the Dataverse data model, security model, and solution architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Experience with Azure services used for CRM integrations (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).
  • Strong C#, .NET, and JavaScript development skills.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Dynamics 365.
  • Good understanding of Dynamics 365 security roles, business units, and access management.
  • Strong analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work closely with functional and architecture teams.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery teams.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with D365 Sales Hub module.
  • Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF)
  • Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or Azure AI Services.
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, MB-230, MB-210, or related certifications.

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)

Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.

If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:

  • A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
  • Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
  • HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
  • Financial background check
  • Employment reference check.
  • If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.

In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
