  • Lead automation initiatives using Microsoft PowerAutomate and other tools to streamline procurement workflows, reporting, and audit readiness.
  • Monitor adherence to procurement policies, risk frameworks, and financial controls in line with regulations and internal audit standards.
  • Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and contribute to procurement transformation initiatives across the bank.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in procurement operations, procurement analytics, or vendor management, preferably within a banking or financial services environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Tableau; experience with PowerAutomate or similar automation tools is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes within the finance industry, third-party risk management, and regulatory compliance (e.g., BSP, MAS, or global outsourcing guidelines).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
  • Amenable to mid-shift schedule – 2pm to 11pm

How we’ll support you

  • Training and development to help you excel in your career
