The Role
- Key contact for VW Group customer service centers with regards to DV activities
- Establish Strong internal customer relationships and responsiveness
- Support customer events and internal validation events
- Document and Track each CSC’s progress with the rollout for Core DV procedures and policies
- Enhance, maintain & update tools & Process improvements for review and collection of issues and resolutions.
- Support and Comply with all internal /external audit controls
- Support of internal Aptiv Design Reviews and Project Status Meetings
- Support of Customer Design Review Meetings with EDS Counterpart
- Support CSC’s RFQ Development
- Support Regular Meetings within Aptiv Engineering to solve Design Issues
- Support roll out of re-validation process for ECRs
- Support teams solving of all mass production issue with highest priority.
- Verification of implemented changes from build phase to build phase
