Job Title: Duty Manager (Gianyar based)

Job Type: Full Time

Reports To: Property Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervising all activities on the property and establishing good communication with internal and external parties to ensure property operations run smoothly
  • Communicating effectively to provide clear guidance to team members, monitoring performance, and conducting regular evaluations
  • Resolving issues related to services, facilities, and property policies
  • Conducting regular meetings with all departments/teams to discuss operational issues
  • Overseeing coordination among all departments/teams to ensure smooth and efficient operational activities
  • Checking all departments/teams in implementing SOPs
  • Evaluating property performance and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations (K3)
  • Being able to negotiate with vendors when specialized labor is required for certain tasks
  • Planning maintenance and projects for the property to ensure it remains in good condition and comfortable for occupancy

Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Prior experience as an Operational Supervisor/Villa Manager
  • Minimum education of D3
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficient in operating Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
  • Able to collaborate effectively with a team
  • Problem-solving skills
