We are hiring a Due Diligence Officer (Junior) to support the assessment of client due diligence cases. In this role, you will conduct First Line Assessments (FLA), help ensure accurate data collection and validation, and prepare due diligence cases for further review. You will play an important part in maintaining high-quality records and supporting compliance with AML/KYC and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:- Perform First Line Assessment (FLA) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), as needed, for due diligence cases
- Review due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) for completeness and consistency
- Validate data against internal systems and public sources
- Collect, organize, and maintain required documentation and accurate case records
- Perform basic AML/KYC checks, including sanctions screening, UBO review, and validation activities
- Prepare cases for further assessment and escalate issues in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders under supervision while following established SOPs and workflows.
- High school diploma required; university degree preferred
- Basic understanding of AML/KYC concepts preferred
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data quality
- Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Working proficiency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
- 0–1 year of experience; entry-level candidates are welcome
- Additional foreign language skills are a plus.
