Title: Dual Recovery Specialist
Job Duties: The Dual Recovery Specialist assumes responsibility for planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating the Dual Recovery Program. They assess client's dual recovery needs and complete required written evaluations of assigned clients. The Dual Recovery Specialists identifies client's needs and goals and provides individual and group activities designed to meet specific dual recovery needs and goals.

Qualifications:
- High school graduate or GED.
- Must have at least two (2) years of full-time or equivalent experience working with clients with severe and persistent mental disabilities. A bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field may be substituted for two years of work experience.
- Minimum of one year of work experience providing direct dual recovery (or substance abuse) related services in a mental health setting.

About the Campus: With a focus on life skills training, linkage, and community engagement, Crestwood’s Adult Residential Programs serve adults in community-based residential settings. Persons served benefit from extensive life skills training; peer counseling; case management; behavioral self-management; community residential treatment systems; and Crestwood’s Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) program. Our homelike atmosphere is inclusive of the family, friends, and other supporters of our persons served. Our dynamic rehabilitative treatment program addresses the diverse cultural, spiritual, psychological, biological, and social needs of the people we serve.
