Intern duties and opportunities include:
Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies for technology initiatives
Draft content for internal technology newsletters, blog posts, and updates
Support the creation of presentation materials for technology leadership
Help coordinate and promote technology team events and announcements
Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible content
Monitor industry news and trends relevant to health care technology
Support internal communication efforts to increase technology literacy and engagement across departments
Other duties as assigned
Combine your education and analytical ability with the following skills to meet the position qualifications:
Currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate degree in Business or Communications. Minimum 1 year college education completed.
Exposure to change management principles is helpful but not required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of technology concepts or willingness to learn
Interest in health care innovation and digital transformation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and digital communication tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Creative problem-solving abilities
Ability to plan, organize, and manage work with minimal supervision, while collaborating to achieve department goals and objectives consistent with corporate vision and strategies
Required minimum undergraduate cumulative GPA of 3.5
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must reside in Idaho, Oregon, Utah or Washington during the internship
The base pay for this position is $22.00/hour.
