Job Responsibilities:
Support DTCC settlement functions and related processes, including Buy-Ins, Prime Broker, and Vault operations
Facilitate the development and enhancement of Broadridge settlement tools, including:
Global Framework (GFW)
Broadridge Exception Event System (BEES)
Universal Dashboard
Provide operational expertise and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements and new functionality
Participate in onboarding new clients to Broadridge product platforms, including:
Brokerage Processing Services (BPS) for equity trade settlement
Impact for fixed income trade settlement
Conduct internal and external training sessions on Broadridge products, including:
GFW
BPS
Impact
BuyIns System
Universal Dashboard
Manage daily operational escalations from clients resulting from system or human error
Resolve issues in a timely manner and clearly communicate the issue, resolution, and preventive action plan to internal and external stakeholders
Monitor unsettled trades with high mark-to-market (MTM) exposure and suspense account activity to help limit market exposure for clients
Identify and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) opportunities within DTC Settlements to improve efficiency and deliver value-added services
Perform quality control reviews to ensure adherence to Written Supervisory Procedures (WSP)
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for training, issue management, and operational continuity
Coordinate with support functions such as HR, IT, and Finance on system-related, project-related, and team-related initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience supporting settlement functions
1+ years of supervisory experience
Experience in client support, including oversight of processes and escalations
Background in financial industry back-office operations; DTCC experience preferred
Experience onboarding new clients preferred
Strong knowledge of settlement operations and post-trade processes
Ability to support operational systems, process enhancements, and testing initiatives
Strong client service skills with the ability to manage escalations effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to identify process improvement and automation opportunities
Experience creating and maintaining process documentation and training materials
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, technology, HR, finance, and clients
Supervisory capability with a focus on process oversight, quality control, and team support

Salary Range: 85,000.00 – 95,000.00 USD annual
