Job Description:

As part of HPE Ops DTA, Intelligent Automation COE has a huge scope with ~40 live BOTs and a similar number of projects in discussion / development across HW and Services/Support cutting across Supply chain operations and Customer operations. The COE leads for the following as part of DTA: Discover opportunities to transform” directly / in partnership with IA peers as well in collaboration with DTA leaders; advise the right solution fit both process & tech as well as guide to the right execution team (Biz/ IT/ DTA/ IA); help build the value proposition for IA solution; Execute including governance with biz leaders/biz SMEs/ DTA/ IT/ Finance/ HPE Ecosystem – spans from project charter with high level design/timelines/ROI to architecting/developing/testing/adoption/aligning on benefits in operations and maintaining the automated solutions in sync with biz process evolution & tech ecosystem evolution; Innovate on automation across the value chain including biz needs driven, HPE tech ecosystem driven, tech market / AI evolution driven as also ideas from team; help run POCs to their logical conclusion – automation projects or further discovery; People: lead high performing teams in collaboration with IA/DTA –skill development, training, engagement with active involvement on EEI/ PLEI scores. Team talent overall includes developers, devops, project managers, architects with differing degrees of experience and expertise.

How you will make your mark:

  • Lead a performing dev and AI/MLOps team with high quality processes cum internal evaluation measures

  • Smooth transition-in / close tie-out with Solution Development teams

  • Smooth operations transition across time zones on live automations as also new automations’ handover

  • Infra & resource capacity planning

  • Smooth operations meeting SLAs

  • Incident management – effective root-causin-ing, corrective / preventive action-ing

  • BOT enhancement/Re-Trainings & benefits/ ROI measurement

  • Close contextual relationship with IT & biz functions

  • Measure SLAs with suppliers where applicable

  • Experiment / recommend / implement tools to ease/ optimize operations & bring in responsiveness to needs

  • Strong documentation

  • Collaborate / Educate / Influence / Train / Share knowledge & expertise from & to peers; from or to users, from or to senior management

  • Contribute to broader organizational goals

  • Own people management responsibilities

  • Cultivate high performing & growth culture leveraging HPE values

  • Proven hiring capabilities

About you :

  • Self-driven problem solver & team player making things happen basis goals with accountability / owernship in ambiguous biz situations

  • Proactively engaging with stakeholders / DTA / HPE Ecosystem, proficient at automation technologies OR proven expertise in advising technology solutions & deploying technology for business benefits with intent to learn automation technologies

  • Experience on HPE Ops biz from one of Supply Chain Operations, Customer Operations, Service Operations would be valuable

  • Experience to lead & execute in global multi-cultural environments

  • Adept at verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven team leadership skills at HPE with EEI and PLEI as evidence

  • Practices learn-ability and measure-ability

  • HPE Ops Biz operations & outcomes depth (primary) + technology deployment decent exposure (secondary) OR
    Technology deployment depth (primary) with technology architecting decent exposure (secondary)
