Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our growing team at Pearl AI. The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales to Dental Support Organizations (DSOs) by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our suite of AI-driven dental software solutions to enterprise and mid-sized accounts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
- Identify and prospect potential DSO clients through various channels such as referrals, outbound, networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms
- Develop a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within DSOs
- Educate DSOs on Pearl’s products or services as solutions that address their needs and pain points
- Develop customized presentations and proposals that highlight the unique benefits and advantages of Pearl’s solutions for DSOs
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals effectively
- Partner with legal to ensure contracts are structured in a mutually beneficial way and comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering value to DSO clients
- Provide feedback from the field to inform product roadmap and marketing strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including prospecting efforts, meetings, proposals, and deals closed
- Generate sales forecasts and reports to track progress against targets and objectives
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive
- 2+ years of experience in the Dental Industry and/or working with DSOs
- Proficiency in software sales
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated sales acumen
- Small business or prior start up experience preferred
