We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Mechanical Engineer I in Poestenkill, NY.
As a Mechanical Engineer I you are passionate about innovation, practical problem-solving, and delivering high-quality engineering solutions. In this role, you will design mechanical components and assemblies that support new product development, enhance existing products, and drive customer success. You’ll collaborate across R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service to bring designs from concept to reality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and document mechanical components, assemblies, and installation layouts using parametric design software (preference for Autodesk Inventor).
- Develop customer installation plans and site layouts to ensure ease of use, safety, and reliability.
- Maintain and update design documentation to support ongoing product production and product improvements.
- Assemble and test prototypes and first-build projects to validate designs.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites for troubleshooting, installation support, or product repairs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- 1–3 years of relevant engineering or design experience (internships, co-ops, or projects considered).
- Experience with parametric design software; Autodesk Inventor strongly preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, with hands-on ability to use tools for assembly and troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams and interact with customers effectively.

- The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year depending on experience.
