This role combines finance knowledge with data, visualization, and technical skills. The analyst focuses on producing trusted, insight-driven reporting and supporting the adoption of modern analytics capabilities across Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, enhance, and maintain financial analytics and dashboards using visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar).
- Deliver standardized and ad-hoc reporting aligned to global finance definitions and standards.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and variances, producing clear insights and commentary.
- Ensure consistency of metrics, logic, and storytelling across dashboards and reports.
- Validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across source systems and reporting layers.
- Partner with Digital teams to align reporting solutions with source system data models.
- Support UAT, testing, deployment, training, and adoption of analytics solutions.
- Apply analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools responsibly to enhance reporting efficiency, while ensuring data quality, controls, and appropriate professional judgment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Typically 3+ years of relevant experience in finance analytics, reporting, or data-driven roles.
- Good understanding of finance processes including management reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
- Strong Excel skills; VBA or data-transformation experience is a plus.
- Awareness of AI-enabled tools used in analytics or finance, with the ability to apply them responsibly.
- Strong communication skills in a global, multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both written & verbal English (and have worked in global/multicultural environment).
