We are currently seeking a dynamic Line Lead to join our Dryer Line in Clarksville, TN !
Shift: Days
Pay: $20 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the movement of product through the production area
- Ensure that standard operating procedures and engineering procedures are followed and that all work is done in compliance to ensure maximum quality
- Assist in leading and developing a high performance team
- Assist in efforts to increase employee satisfaction and strengthen employee culture
- Provide effective guidance to achieve the required quality and production goals
- Ensure that product is in the process at all times. Plan and organize work for efficient operations.
- Achievement of daily, monthly and annual team targets
- Promotes a safe working environment and monitors compliance activities to support the safety program
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalency.
- Manufacturing experience required
- 1+ year line lead experiences required
Knowledge and skills (general and technical):
- Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality/quantity
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekday and weekend overtime
