- Follow all policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements for drop department as approved by Kaw Nation Gaming Commission.
- Collect slot machine and kiosk drop boxes in accordance with the established drop schedule.
- Transport drop boxes securely to the count room using approved procedures and equipment.
- Verify machine and box numbers for accuracy and consistency with operational records.
- Coordinate with Surveillance and Security staff to ensure operational integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation throughout drop operations.
- Report any discrepancies, malfunctions, or irregularities immediately to supervisors.
- Assist fellow team members as needed.
- Adhere to uniform requirements and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing KGI.
- Follow all applicable state, federal, and tribal laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
