Training Wheels ABA is growing our Clinic-Based ABA Team! We're looking for compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who want to make a meaningful difference while receiving the support, collaboration, and career growth they deserve.

• $18-$25/hour based on experience 

• Guaranteed 30 hours per week 

•  Full hourly pay for required non-billable work, including meetings, training, and other assigned responsibilities—never minimum wage

What You'll Do 

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy in clients' homes. 

• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA. 

• Teach communication, social, adaptive living, play, and behavior management skills. 

• Collect session data and complete documentation. 

• Partner with families and your clinical team. 

Qualifications 

Required 

• Active RBT Certification 

• Experience providing ABA therapy 

• Reliable transportation 

• Excellent communication skills 

Preferred 

• Experience working with children
