Training Wheels ABA is growing, and we're looking for passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst’s (BCBA) to join our Dripping Springs clinical team!

A Caseload Designed for Quality Care 

We believe BCBAs should have the time and resources to provide high-quality clinical care. 

  • Maximum caseload of 8 clients 

  • 30 billable hours per week 

  • Dedicated operations support with scheduling, authorizations, and parent communication 

  • Collaborative case consultation and peer support 

  • In-clinic and in-home service opportunities 

  • Stable caseloads supported by active client waitlists 

  • Full-time Monday–Friday schedule 

Our goal is to give you the support you need to be successful without feeling isolated or overextended. 

What You'll Do 

As a BCBA, you will: 

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) 

  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans 

  • Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians 

  • Analyze client data and make data-driven programming decisions 

  • Provide parent and caregiver training 

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with funding requirements 

  • Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary team members 

  • Participate in case consultation, staff development, and clinical training

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • An active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), in good standing.
  • Hold and maintain applicable state-level credentialing for practicing BCBAs, if applicable.
  • Experience supervising behavior intervention programs.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Superior relationship-building and communication skills.

Other Requirements:

· Successful completion of fingerprinting and criminal history background check

· Satisfactory reference checks

· Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.

Skills Required

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
