The Role
Company :
Sime Darby Joy Industries S/BTo assist the Engineering Manager in the drafting design aspect of Engineering scope by meeting customers’ specifications and to interface Engineering scope with Sales & Manufacturing department.
- To Prepare the 3D modelling and detail fabrication drawings.
- To be responsible for drafting and to meet customers’ specifications.
- To maintain and optimize our drafting for manufacturing
- To interface engineering with Sales and Manufacturing.
- To identify and implement good engineering & manufacturing practices and procedures.
- To develop engineering solutions and to meet the demands of customers.
- To constantly keep abreast with technical & manufacturing changes and development in the industries.
- Responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Drafting/ AutoCAD and preferable with relevant working experience ^ with at least one (1) year in drafting engineering
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact well with people of all levels.
- Ability to use Engineering software like 3D AutoCAD or CADWrox is preferred / advantages
- Knowledge of computer.
- Good verbal communication, interpersonal communication skills and analytical thinking in addition to positive aptitude and attitude.
- Fluent in spoken and written in English & Bahasa Melayu.
