As a Product Marketing DRAM NPI Specialist at Micron, you will assist the Product Marketing team in the planning and execution of the company's DRAM product line portfolio. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams that include engineering, sales, and operations to help define outstanding products that seek our customer's needs. You will monitor market dynamics, competitive position, and performance to plan.
Responsibilities:
- Support Product Line Managers (PLMs) with SAP workflows, sample orders, part number creation, and Teamcenter processes.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of NPI Kits in close collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Own and manage DRAM marketing collateral, including presentations, battlecards, technotes, training decks, migration guides, product briefs, and datasheets.
- Ensure consistent formatting, branding, and quality across all DRAM PowerPoint decks and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive timely resolution of issues identified during product qualification and production.
- Track NPI ramp versus plan, including stage-gate progress, and manage internal training collateral for new product introductions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive leadership and relevant industry experience.
- Advanced presentation development skills (PowerPoint and related tools).
- Semiconductor industry experience with a strong understanding of DRAM and memory market segments.
- High proficiency in English (written and verbal).

- Master's degree in engineering preferred, or equivalent experience combined with significant business experience and a degree in Business Administration.
