Due to company growth, we are looking to appoint a Drainage Assistant to join our Manchester Depot. Working as part of a two person team, you will be responsible for attending drainage related issues such as blockages, pipe clearing, cleansing and reactive call outs.

  • Location: Eccles, Manchester
  • Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week
  • Salary: £13.50 per hour.

About you:

Applicants should ideally have experience in the above ideally from a utility or similar background.

You must hold a valid driving licence.

Lanes Group will provide all training required for the role such as high-pressure water jetting, confined space, spill response, etc.

You can become a successful Utilities Waste-Water Technician if you have problem-solving, listening, critical thinking, teamworking abilities and a customer focused approach. Also, as you need to operate machinery, excellent hand-eye coordination and concentration are essential skills.
