Drafter & CAD Designer Job Responsibilities
- Works with customers to accurately depict their residential design intentions on paper using Soft Plan
- Works with sales team to meet deadlines for designs and estimates
- Communicates with customers to identify and resolve design issues as they arise
- Establishes and maintains relationships with customers through superior customer service.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with engineers, architects and contractors prior to and during design and construction phases.

Requirements
- 2 years of CAD experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Soft Plan Software would be a plus
- Successful applicant must be able to work with fellow employees in a fast-paced environment
- Must enjoy dealing with the public
