Join a key digital quality transformation initiative focused on enhancing product traceability, quality compliance, and operational excellence across manufacturing facilities and supplier networks. In this role, you will act as the bridge between Global Product Teams, Factory Quality teams, Suppliers, and Technology teams to drive the successful implementation and adoption of Digital Passport System (DPS) solutions. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into digital quality solutions, ensuring seamless deployment, data accuracy, process adherence, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
• Create and update quality card requirement for the products, in discussion with the Global Product Team and Factory team.
• Coordinate with software team to implement the requirements in the Digital system.
• Review and monitor the implementation of Digital solution in factory in terms of completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate improvement actions to rectify issues and improve full adherence to process.
• Run workshops and training sessions with the factories and Software teams as needed to drive implementation of solutions in the factory.
• Serve as a liaison between factory stakeholders and technology teams.
• Support the DPS Supplier Implementation.
• Collaborate with key stake holders, both internal & external and drive the implementation of Digital Passport System at Supplier end.
• Monitor the sustenance of the Digital Passport System deployment at the supply base and initiate improvement actions when required.
• Provide technical assistance to the suppliers both for the implementation of Digital Passport System (DPS) and use of the digital platform.
• Bachelor of Engineering, with overall experience of 6 – 8 years.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role in Manufacturing domain.
• Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering solution deployment, & end user engagement.
• Should possess strong leadership skills and ability to communicate with business and IT stakeholders in a complex, highly international environment.

Skills Required
- Bachelor of Engineering or Business Administration (or equivalent)
- 6-8 years professional experience with minimum 4 years in a similar role in Manufacturing or Industrial domains
- Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering, solution deployment, and end-user engagement
- Experience integrating tools such as SAP and MS 365
- Experience developing solutions for Project Management, Quality, or Supply Chain functions
- Experience working with global stakeholders and multi-unit application environments
