ABOUT THE ROLE
Based at the Corporate Office in Dubai, the Executive Assistant & Communications Specialist will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives while managing corporate communications and digital presence.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Executive Support
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and coordinate company events, board meetings, and conferences.
- Organizing and maintaining an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of information.
Communications & Content Management
- Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies.
- Draft, edit, and distribute corporate communications, reports, newsletters, and press releases.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Manage crisis communication and provide strategic messaging when needed.
- Assist in speechwriting and presentation development for executives.
- Engage with media, clients, and partners to strengthen relationships. ( optional )
Website Maintenance & Digital Presence
- Maintain and update the company website with relevant content.
- Ensure website functionality, accuracy, and SEO optimization. (Search Engine Optimization)
- Monitor and analyze website performance, making improvements where needed.
- Manage digital integrations with social media.
- Work with IT or external developers to resolve website-related issues.
QUALIFICATIION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or similar
- Experience in the marine industry is an advantage.
- Proven experience of minimum 5 years as an Executive Assistant, Communications Specialist, or similar role
