- Lead modernization of legacy enterprise applications into scalable, cloud-native solutions.
- Architect systems for performance optimization, high availability, and fault tolerance.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, coding practices, and technology strategy.
- Drive secure software design—integrate compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2) and threat modeling.
- Own end-to-end cloud migration architecture (Azure/AWS), including lift-and-shift and replatforming.
- Guide production deployment processes; mitigate risk with rollback planning and release governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business priorities.
- Produce and maintain architecture documentation—blueprints, diagrams, and technical narratives.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership; mentor developers and junior architects.
- Influence strategic technical initiatives, including platform reusability and system interoperability.
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies and frameworks aligned with long-term goals.
- Excellent communication skills—able to bridge technical and business conversations fluently.
- Lead architectural reviews, PoCs, and technical due diligence for major system changes.
