We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Crown Towers Bell Services Team as a Doorperson. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Doorperson plays a pivotal role in setting the tone for the Crown Towers experience. You’ll deliver seamless arrivals and departures, offer thoughtful assistance, and ensure every guest feels genuinely welcomed from the moment they arrive.
This is a part time position (48-76 hours per fortnight) requiring flexibility to work across a 7-day roster.
In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests as well as:
Providing a warm and engaging arrival and departure experience
Managing the flow of traffic on the hotel driveway
Assisting with guest enquiries and providing directions
Settling payment for hotel guests and casual parkers
Support the Bell Services team in delivering five-star service
About you
You'll bring the following:
A positive attitude and genuine care for guest experience
An ability to multitask and work under pressure
An ability to make quick decisions and remain composed at all times
Clear and confident communication with guests and colleagues
To be successful, you'll:
Have a current Australian unrestricted manual driver's license (no P plates)
Have previous experience working in a front facing customer service position
Be well presented and impeccably groomed
Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Be available to work across a rotating roster
