Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our logistics and execution team by ensuring invoices are reviewed, verified, and processed in a timely manner. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong attention to detail and effective stakeholder communication.
This is a 1-year fixed term contract.

Key responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- Review and process logistics and execution invoices
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with internal stakeholders
- Follow up with service providers for updated rate cards
- Ensure invoices are processed within required timeframes
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required
Desired skills and experience:
- Experience in logistics, accounts payable, or administration
- Exposure to commodities (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
