Towy Castle Care Home is looking for a reliable and hardworking Domestic Assistant to join our friendly team.
This is an important role within our home. As a Domestic Assistant, you'll help ensure our residents live in a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment, supporting their wellbeing, dignity and quality of life every day.

About Towy Castle

The Role
As a Domestic Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the home.
Your duties will include:
Cleaning residents' bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the home
Following infection prevention and control procedures
Safely using and storing cleaning equipment and materials
Completing cleaning schedules and daily tasks
Reporting any maintenance or housekeeping concerns
Working respectfully around residents while maintaining their privacy and dignity
Supporting a safe and comfortable environment for residents, visitors and colleagues
About You
We're looking for someone who:

✔ Previous cleaning, housekeeping or domestic experience is preferred
