Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Domain Portfolio Specialist with expertise in WordPress development, domain management, and SEO optimization. If you have a passion for building and managing high-performing websites, growing domain portfolios, and driving organic traffic, we want you to join our innovative team! Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes

• Domain Portfolio Management: Evaluate, manage, and optimize a portfolio of domains to drive business growth. Develop strategic plans for domain acquisition, utilization, and monetization.
• WordPress Site Development: Design, build, and maintain niche WordPress websites. Customize themes and plugins to enhance user experience, functionality, and SEO performance.
• SEO Strategy & Optimization: Lead technical SEO initiatives across the domain portfolio, ensuring each site is fully optimized for search engines. Utilize tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to monitor and improve website performance.
• Content Strategy & Optimization: Ensure that all website content is SEO-friendly by identifying relevant keywords and search intents to maximize organic traffic growth. Within the team, take part in content creation when needed, including generated content
• Traffic Generation & Growth: Develop and implement innovative traffic-driving strategies, including niche blogging, leveraging guerrilla sites, and exploring alternative growth methods to increase visibility and engagement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and development teams to align strategies, share insights, and develop tactics that maximize the effectiveness of the domain portfolio.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, SEO best practices, and emerging technologies to refine and enhance strategies, ensuring ongoing portfolio growth and performance.

Qualifications

• Skilled in WordPress installation, theme building, and content management.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS (PHP and JavaScript are a plus).
• Familiarity with technical SEO and content optimization best practices.
• Experience with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush, etc
• English : Intermediate or above (written and verbal communication)
• Ability to work independently and propose creative strategies for growth.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
