Seeking a Lead Developer with strong Telecom core domain expertise across 2G/3G/4G/5G Core Networks, VoIP/VoWiFi, and Location Services (LCS). The role requires hands-on experience in C/C++ or Java development, deep understanding of 3GPP standards and telecom protocols, and expertise in Linux, databases, and cloud-native technologies. You will lead the design and delivery of scalable, carrier-grade telecom solutions.
ResponsibilitiesApplication Development – Designing, coding, and implementing software applications. Ensuring scalability, security, and performance of applications.
Working with cross-functional teams, including Architects, product managers, and QA Testers.
Creating technical documentation for code, processes, and applications, troubleshooting and resolving performance bottlenecks in applications.
Mentoring and supporting developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Reviewing & Optimizing applications code quality and performance, participating in software architecture and design discussions, contributing ideas and solutions
Must Have Skills
- A Graduate / Post graduate in Engineering or equivalent with 10-15 Years of Telecom Software Application Development experience in C++/Java application development (any one is mandatory) with focus on Multithreading, Inter Process Communication (IPC), Client-server based communication model, SQL and NoSQL DBMS, Linux knowledge is a must.
- In-depth understanding of 2G/3G/4G/5G/VoIP/VoWi-fi network architecture, related call flows and protocols (SS7, Diameter, SIP protocols with understanding of messages involved in each these protocols)
- Good understanding of 3GPP (E-UTRAN, NG-RAN, IMS etc.), OMA, ATIS, NENA and related standards for Location Service (LCS), Cloud-native and traditional BareMetal, Virtualized solutions
- RestFul API designing (using HTTP and/or HTTP2).
- Good in-depth Knowledge of Linux particularly RHEL/Rocky Linux concepts including understanding and fine tuning of kernel parameters.
- Good working experience with container runtime like Docker/Podman and helm for k8s package management.
Good to Have Skills
- Knowledge of Location Services (LCS) positioning methods such as CID/ECID, TDOA, and AGNSS.
- Programming knowledge in Golang, Python, Lua, JavaScript, or Shell scripting.
- Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Ansible, and Agile software development methodologies.

Skills Required
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 10–15 years of telecom software application development experience
- Hands-on C or C++ application development experience
- Hands-on Java application development experience
- Experience with multithreading and inter-process communication
- Experience with client-server communication models
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL database management systems
