Position SummaryPrisma is seeking a Platform & Integrations Engineer to support the continued growth of dokshop, our enterprise eCommerce, fulfillment, and customer experience platform.
This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working across application development, integrations, APIs, databases, and client implementations. You will help connect dokshop to ERP systems, warehouse management systems, identity providers, reporting platforms, and customer environments while supporting ongoing platform enhancements.
This is a hands-on technical role focused on execution. Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Enterprise Integrations- Design, develop, and support integrations between dokshop and external platforms.
- Assist with implementations involving:
- SAML SSO
- Azure AD
- Okta
- Workday
- Veracore
- Procurement platforms
- Warehouse and fulfillment systems
- Build and maintain APIs, data interfaces, and automated data exchanges.

- Contribute code across both front-end and back-end components of dokshop.
- Support custom client functionality and site enhancements.

- Develop SQL queries, views, and data extracts.
- Support the growth of dokshop's data lake and reporting infrastructure.

- Monitor data quality, integration performance, and system health.
- Investigate and resolve production issues.

Required Qualifications- 3–6 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience developing both front-end and back-end applications.
- Strong SQL and relational database skills.
- Experience integrating with REST APIs, SOAP services, or EDI/cXML-based systems.
- Experience working with Azure cloud services or comparable platforms.
- Familiarity with authentication technologies such as:
- SAML
- OAuth
- Azure AD
- Okta
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
