Location: Onsite in Folsom, CA

Position Summary:

The Administrative Lead will be responsible for overseeing the team of administrative support professionals in multiple locations.  In this role, you’ll supervise daily operations, guide team performance, ensure service quality, and serve as the primary point of contact for DOE stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive administrative support including calendar management, travel coordination, and conference/event coordination. 
  • Monitor the Quality Control and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans. 
  • Supervise, train, and coach team of administrative employees.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports and deliverables.
  • Provide technical and system guidance to employees.  
  • Ensure work performed is within scope of the contract. 
  • Provide administrative coverage as needed. 
  • Maintain security adherence related to the contract and employees.
Qualifications

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Associate's degree.
  • 5+ years of management/supervisory experience.
  • Superior customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite.

Skills Required

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Associate's degree
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of management/supervisory experience.
  • Ability to recruit, retain, coach, motivate, and lead employees.
  • Superior customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen.
  • Working knowledge of FAR
  • Proficient with MS Office suite.
  • Experience in government or service contract environments
  • Certification in project or program management (PMP, CAPM, etc.)
