The Role
Job Summary & Responsibilities

The Dodge Brand team is looking for a strong and passionate candidate to help us build upon our successes and future opportunities. The Dodge Product Manager will be responsible for leading the product planning and management of a Dodge nameplate, with a specific focus on the future portfolio.


This role is:

  • Highly autonomous, strategic, fast‑paced, and highly visible to senior leadership 
  • Responsible for leading and influencing cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Research, Design, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Procurement
  • Expected to develop customer‑centric products and technology strategies that succeed in the marketplace
  • Required to present brand initiatives and materials to senior leadership stakeholders

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining market opportunities, industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Analyzing customer data such as demographics and purchase/rejection reasons
  • Setting product attribute priorities and defining compelling value propositions
  • Creating the product plan, price positioning, vehicle segmentation, volume forecasting, marketing messaging and go‑to‑market plan for vehicle nameplate
  • Understanding market trends and Stellantis's multi-brand showroom dynamic
  • Using analytical data to identify opportunities and make recommendations that grow revenue, margin, market share, and brand value
  • Demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset and strong product, sales, marketing, presentation, and communication skills—often at executive levels

The Dodge Brand Product team:

  • Defines and manages current vehicle planning and the future strategic direction of the portfolio
  • Builds forward‑thinking product visions informed by evolving marketplace dynamics, research, and analytics
  • Focuses on understanding customer motivations, including:
    • What drives their purchase decisions
    • Perceptions of the brand and its products
    • Views of competing brands
    • Emerging trends (focus on performance)

Team member expectations:

  • Build strong working relationships grounded in trust and transparency with internal and external partners
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and excellent communication skills
  • Drive decisions through consensus and influence
  • Lead and influence organizational change effectively

Preferred Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 5 years of experience in one or more of the following: product planning, brand management, product/marketing strategy, product finance or engineering roles 
  • Experience building product and technology strategies 
  • Passion for the automotive market; automotive product knowledge 
  • Comfortable mining and analyzing data to identify market trends to make recommendations to generate demand and grow revenue, margin, market share and brand value 
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently and meet aggressive and shifting deadlines 
  • Able to lead multiple cross functional teams and influence in a matrix organization 
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills are necessary and an aptitude to utilize those skills to communicate effectively with vehicle engineering, design, manufacturing, logistics, sales, marketing, and finance teams
  • Strong strategic and critical-thinking skills 
  • Ability to be a change leader 
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • MBA or Master's degree inManagement, Marketing, Finance, Engineering/Engineering Management 
  • Professional experience in vehicle-related industries:

  • Motorsports / Racing
