Position Summary
ECS is seeking a DODAF Documentation Specialist - Senior to support the ARNG ENOCS program. The selected candidate will lead the development and management of DoDAF-compliant architecture artifacts, ensuring they align with Army-approved modeling tools and enterprise standards. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of the architecture product inventory and ensuring the seamless integration of artifacts across various viewpoints. By overseeing publication controls and artifact quality, the specialist will contribute significantly to the ARNG's Enterprise Architecture objectives, enhancing the program's operational efficiency and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and validation of DoDAF-compliant architecture artifacts.
- Ensure alignment with Army-approved modeling tools and enterprise standards.
- Oversee the integration of architecture artifacts across multiple viewpoints.
- Manage the publication controls and quality assurance processes for architecture documents.
- Maintain and update the official architecture product inventory.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with governance requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on the lifecycle management of architecture artifacts.
- Support the ARNG's Enterprise Architecture objectives through strategic documentation initiatives.

- DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role Conditional Alternative at the Intermediate proficiency level
- Master’s degree in Marketing and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty
- Minimum of 28 years of experience in data architecture and technical documentation
- Demonstrated expertise in DODAF models and data modeling
- Proven experience with Army programs such as IPPSA and AESS
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation, data dictionaries, and architecture diagrams
