We are seeking a skilled DocuSign CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) Consultant to design, configure, and support CLM solutions that streamline contract creation, review, approval, and execution processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in DocuSign CLM, workflow automation, and contract process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of DocuSign CLM.
Collaborate with business teams (Legal, Procurement, Finance, Operations) to capture and translate contract management requirements into CLM configurations.
Design and build contract templates, approval workflows, clause libraries, and document generation rules.
Configure advanced workflows, conditional logic, and document routing within DocuSign CLM.
Manage user roles, access controls, and data governance in CLM.
Develop and maintain custom fields, metadata structures, and business rules to support contract processes.
Conduct UAT, end-user training, and post-implementation support.
Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any configuration or workflow issues.
Stay updated on DocuSign CLM product enhancements, best practices, and release updates.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting DocuSign CLM (SpringCM).
Deep understanding of contract lifecycle stages — creation, negotiation, approval, execution, storage, and renewal.
Proficiency in configuring workflow automation, document templates, and clause management.
Experience with DocuSign eSignature and Agreement Cloud components.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
DocuSign CLM certification (Administrator or Implementation).
Experience integrating DocuSign CLM with other enterprise applications via REST APIs or middleware (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow).
Background in Legal Operations or Procurement contract management.
Understanding of document management, compliance, and audit processes.
