.As a DocuSign CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) Developer at Ciena, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation and utilization of DocuSign CLM solutions. You will play a critical role in understanding business requirements, configuring the system, and driving the successful adoption of DocuSign CLM within the organization. Your deep knowledge of contract management processes and expertise in leveraging DocuSign CLM will contribute to the overall success contract management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize DocuSign CLM workflows, templates, and rules to align with the company's contract management policies and procedures.
- Provides development, integration, and configuration support for the DocuSign CLM.
- Workflow Design: Develop and implement customized DocuSign workflows that align with our business processes and requirements.
- Configuration: Configure DocuSign settings, templates, and envelopes to automate document routing, signing, and data extraction.
- Integration: Integrate DocuSign with our existing systems (e.g., Salesforce , Snowflake and Oracle ERP) to create a seamless document workflow experience.
- Training: Provide training and support to or team on DocuSign usage and best practices.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to DocuSign configuration and implementation.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize DocuSign workflows and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- DocuSign Expertise: Proven experience with DocuSign configuration, including a deep understanding of workflows, templates, envelopes, and integrations
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using DocuSign's API and integration tools.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Certifications: DocuSign certifications (e.g., DocuSign Certified Administrator, DocuSign Certified Developer) is a plus
- Industry Experience: 5+ Years of Experience in our industry or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with industry trends and advancements in DocuSign CLM technology.
