Your Tasks:

Creation, care and updating of (technical) customer documentation

Working with web-based document management system
-
Ensuring data quality and data integrity in the databases
-
Ensuring that specification and verification documents in business support are up to date in accordance with official specifications and internal requirements

Creation of quality certificates, installation declarations and declarations of conformity using the applicable standards and guidelines
-
Compilation of the overall documentation (supplier documentation, data sheets, certificates, etc.)

Independently starting and initiating translations
Your Profile:
-
Industrial clerk, completed education in the natural sciences or commercial field possibly technical education or further training as a Technical Writer

Affinity to creating product-related customer documentation
-
Experience in dealing with technical documents
-
Experience in document management systems desirable (e.g. SAP, Windchill)

Strong technical understanding

Independent, conceptual way of working

Constructive, open communication in the team and with colleagues

Confident use of Microsoft Office programs

Very good written and spoken German and English skills
