Responsabilități principale
- Gestionarea și verificarea documentelor de transport (borderouri, liste de încărcare, facturi, CRM-uri și alte documente justificative).
- Alinierea documentelor cu sistemele interne și platformele clienților.
- Încărcarea documentelor necesare procesului de facturare în platformele clienților, după verificarea atentă a datelor.
- Colaborarea cu echipele interne și clienții pentru raportarea datelor solicitate.
- Generarea, analiza și transmiterea indicatorilor de performanță către clienți și furnizori.
- Identificarea discrepanțelor și a problemelor recurente de calitate în documentele analizate.
- Suport în procesele de auditare privind conformitatea documentelor și raportarea KPI.
Cerințe pentru rol
- Experiență în gestionarea documentelor, preferabil în logistică sau medii operaționale.
- Cunoștințe bune de MS Office, în special Excel.
- Experiență cu sisteme ERP sau CRM reprezintă un avantaj.
- Capacitatea de a lucra cu volume mari de date și de a menține acuratețea.
- Cunoașterea procedurilor interne și a regulilor de conformitate.
- Limba engleză la nivel mediu pentru comunicare și documentație.
