Position Objective:
Artivion is seeking a motivated individual for an immediate-start internship supporting technical documentation updates. The intern will review documents for tags, placeholders, and missing information; use ChatGPT and approved technical resources to research software manuals; and update documents with the appropriate information while maintaining accuracy and existing formatting.
Responsibilities:
- Review documents and identify tags, placeholders, and information requiring updates.
- Use ChatGPT to search and analyze software manuals and technical documentation.
- Extract relevant information and update applicable documents.
- Verify AI-assisted results against the original source material.
- Maintain document accuracy, grammar, consistency, and formatting.
- Track completed work and identify questions or items requiring clarification.
- Follow company requirements for document control, confidentiality, and approved AI use.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Word and electronic documents.
- Comfortable learning and using ChatGPT and AI-assisted tools.
- Able to read and interpret technical documentation.
- Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
- Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
- Technical, engineering, information systems, computer science, quality, or related experience is helpful but not required.
