What you'll do

• You will report to the Continuous Process Improvement Manager
• Process mapping: Proficiency in documenting current processes and designing future state processes.
• Problem-solving skills: Capacity to identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions.
• Data-driven decision making: Comfortable using data to make informed decisions and measure the impact of process improvements (KPIs implementation for audits).
• Continuous learning: Commitment to self-directed learning and staying updated on industry best practices.
• Proactive: Dynamic and propositional – bring new ideas to improve the current state avoid keeping the status-quo
• Process improvements (principles and practices)
• You will be required to work USA hours - Central Time Zone (CT)

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Good verbal and written skills
• Proficiency in English in a business environment
