WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:
The Technical Part:
- Bachelor’s Degree and two to three (2-3) years of experience in document control within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- Bilingual, Spanish and English.
- Experience in:
- Procurement documentation.
- SAP
- MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Approving and reviewing documents.

- Support PM’s procurement documentation.
- Support Facilities Engineering Team’s Goals, Objectives,
- Review procurement documentation.
- Finance reports, capitalization, and spending support.
- SAP process support.
- Digital tools development.
- Automation contracts/MSA projects.
- Project indicators update.
