Job Description:
Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management is seeking a Document Specialist to join our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team covering Emerging Markets. This role is key to ensuring smooth client onboarding and ongoing KYC reviews, maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed reviews of client documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Analyze and assess complex client structures, providing feedback to the Front Office on account openings and required documentation.
- Perform complex modifications as part of ongoing KYC reviews, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Compliance, and Legal teams to facilitate an efficient client lifecycle process.
- Identify and escalate potential compliance risks.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Client Lifecycle Management, Middle Office, KYC, or a related role within Private Banking.
- Strong knowledge of private banking products and services, along with local regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills, particularly in assessing and interpreting complex client structures.
- High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
