Nutrition Center of the Philippines (NCP) is looking for a Document Shredder Personnel (Contractor) who is responsible for the secure collection, sorting, and destruction of confidential and non-confidential documents in accordance with company policies and data protection guidelines. The role includes proper handling of sensitive materials, safe operation and basic maintenance of shredding equipment, and organization of paper storage and disposal areas to ensure compliance with record disposal procedures.
Basic knowledge of operating office equipment is necessary. The role requires someone who is honest, reliable, detail-oriented, physically capable of lifting and carrying bundles of paper, and able to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Essentially, this role must have the capacity to safely operate shredding machines, monitor shredding schedules to prevent backlog, maintain equipment cleanliness to avoid malfunctions, and strictly comply with company security and confidentiality standards at all times.
