Our Document Services team plays a critical role in supporting our corporate clients by acting as a statutory agent for service of process both nationwide and internationally. The team is responsible for receiving, imaging, processing, and forwarding legal documents and government notices, as well as managing incoming and outgoing mail and other administrative functions. In this role, you’ll ensure documents are processed accurately and on time, helping mitigate legal and service‑level risks while supporting strong client relationships.

As a detail‑driven Data Entry Specialist with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, you will serve as a key point of control within our Document Services operation, helping ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in how documents are processed on behalf of our clients.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing incoming documents received via USPS, UPS, courier services, and in-person deliveries
  • Opening, sorting, and distributing mail received from multiple states across the team
  • Prioritizing time-sensitive and client-specific documents to ensure SLAs and deadlines are met
  • Coordinating workflow queues and assisting with workload balancing across locations
  • Performing quality assurance reviews, audits, and spot checks to ensure accuracy and reduce rework
  • Reviewing document routing, imaging quality, and client-specific delivery instructions
  • Resolving routine exceptions, including mismatched client information and incomplete delivery instructions
  • Preparing daily reporting, workflow dashboards, and end-of-day summaries to identify risks and escalation items
  • Supporting processing activities such as data entry, scanning, imaging, emailing, and document distribution

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain quality and accuracy while managing high document volumes
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment when handling time-sensitive documents

Preferred: 

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience processing large volumes of documents
  • Experience in data entry, document management, legal support, corporate services, or mailroom operations
  • Mac experience
  • Experience working with service-level agreements and quality assurance processes

Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $21 - $24/hour.   This base pay range is specific to Frisco TX and may not be applicable to other locations.
