Document Processor
The Document Processor's responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring charts and loose paperwork are prepped, scanned, indexed, and analyzed accurately and in a timely manner. This individual maintains and reconciles appropriate discharge lists, verifies chart completion, and monitors assigned queues.
The qualified candidate will possess the following:
A. Education
1. High school diploma or GED from an accredited institute required
B. Experience
1. One year of experience in a medical record setting preferred
2. Previous experience with a document imaging system and/or electronic medical record a plus
3. Computer experience
