Job Description & Responsibilities
Interactive Brokers Hong Kong Limited seeks a professional individual that is hard working, detail-oriented, a quick learner, careful and a problem solver. The ideal person will be able to work well in a team environment. This position requires excellent coordination and strong written skills. The New Accounts Documentation & KYC Specialist key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Validate and screen documents received from clients for opening accounts
- Follow-up with clients in case of any pending documents
- Registered mail delivery support
- Assist with the account opening processing
- General administrative support
Qualification & Skills
- Able to perform accurate work in a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- Fluency in English. Additional foreign languages are a plus
- Detail Oriented, Hardworking and good problem solver.
- Proficiency in basic PC applications
- Good understanding of Chinese pinyin is a plus
