Compensation Range

Hourly: $16.45 - $19.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

Essential Functions

• Perform administrative tasks, including the input of data into the departmental databases

• Generate and send notices/letters/statements as requested by Loss Containment staff

• Update system of record with returned mail status

• Process, sort and deliver inter office mail and faxes

• Route credit bureau disputes to the Regulatory Risk team

• Prepare and upload items for imaging and document retention

• Perform payment processing for direct-receipt payments

• Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to ask questions, offer solutions, retain information and apply details to future situations

• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

• Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values

• Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required

• 1+ year data entry or administrative experience required

• Loan Servicing experience preferred
