  • Offer expert-level guidance and support to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development within the migration team.

  • Stay informed of evolving industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in document management and migration strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience performing document migrations specifically into the iManage platform.

  • Proven track record migrating data from Worldox and other legacy document management systems to iManage.

  • Demonstrated expertise in performing cloud uplifts for on-premises iManage environments, with comprehensive understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment models.

  • Extensive knowledge of iManage Work administration, configuration, and integration points, particularly in legal environments.

  • Strong understanding of law firm operations, including compliance, information governance, and document lifecycle management.

  • Proficiency in T-SQL for data analysis, remediation, and transformation.

  • Experience with detailed documentation practices related to migrations.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to handle complex migration projects simultaneously.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to effectively articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

  • A collaborative approach, with a proven ability to work effectively as part of a highly specialized team of technical experts.

  • Willingness to occasionally work weekends during critical migration phases.

  • Relevant industry certifications or formal training in iManage systems, cloud migration technologies, and/or related disciplines are highly desirable.
